Policy customers pay for shipping and no exception of damaged hair including hair must not be worn.

Exchange hair must be only exchanged if you brought the wrong hair and must not be used. It has to be in the same state as the produce comes in. It is not worn, and it is not dyed hair; the package must be sealed and broken or reattached. Free shipping returns will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Must be returned within those business days.

Don’t accept late hair for a refund. No refund only exchange hair.
